Property Description

Location. Location. Location. Imagine discovering a place where the story of Ponte Vedra Beach lives on. Set on over half a private acre beside Guana River State Park, this remarkable 3, 000+ sq. ft. home overlooks Lake Ponte Vedra and the Guana Preserve. Originally built in 1948, the cottage has been thoughtfully reimagined as a sophisticated modern retreat while honoring its roots. Refinished cedar siding, heart pine floors, shiplap, solid wood doors, and original hardware preserve its timeless character. The chef's kitchen pairs honed Calacatta Gold marble with custom cabinetry and premium Thermador appliances. Upstairs, the primary retreat features original cypress ceilings, private office, spa-inspired Verde marble bath, custom closet, and a private deck with serene lake and preserve views. Mature oaks and palms surround the property. A rare opportunity where history, nature, privacy, and modern luxury become one unforgettable story.
