The first two neighborhoods that are currently being developed in SilverLeaf include Holly Forest, Meadow Ridge, and SilverLeaf Village.
Holly Forest by Dream Finders Homes will feature 20’ and 24’ townhome lots and 53’ and 63’ single- family lots. This neighborhood will feature homes ranging from approximately 1,250 up to 3,000 square feet.
Meadow Ridge by Dream Finders Homes will feature single family homes on 43′ and 53′ homesites.
SilverLeaf Village by Ashley Homes, MasterCraft Builders Group, and Riverside Homes will consist of 53’ and 63’ single-family lots. This neighborhood will feature homes ranging from approximately 1,800 up to over 3,000 square feet.
