The various fees for Beachwalk are rather diverse and confusing. Please contact us to verify all information as there have been some changes and there may be more. Often builders will run a limited time promotion paying down some of these fees. Currently (Jan 2019) all residents of Beachwalk are required to join the Clubhouse which is $2,300/year. All residents are required to join the Lagoon Membership which is $700/year. On top of this….there are HOA and CDD fees for each neighborhood. Atlantica Isles HOA $375/month. CDD $664/year. The Cove HOA $200/year. CDD $3263/year. Seaside Estates HOA $108/month. CDD $3960/year. Dorado and The Reef HOA $400-500/year. CDD $3250-3463/year.
If you wish to be represented by a Realtor you will need to contact your Realtor BEFORE visiting any new neighborhoods or sales models. Many builders nowadays will not let you have Realtor representation if you visit them and register without your Realtor. If you have already visited and spoken with a Builder’s Salesperson….you will need to contact the Builder’s Salesperson ASAP and let them know you want to have Realtor Representation.
