If you wish to be represented by a Realtor you will need to contact your Realtor BEFORE visiting any new neighborhoods or sales models. Many builders nowadays will not let you have Realtor representation if you visit them and register without your Realtor. If you have already visited and spoken with a Builder’s Salesperson….you will need to contact the Builder’s Salesperson ASAP and let them know you want to have Realtor Representation.
