If you wish to be represented by a Realtor you will need to contact your Realtor BEFORE visiting any new neighborhoods or sales models. Many builders will not let you have Realtor representation if you visit them and register without your Realtor. If you have already visited and spoken with a Builder’s Salesperson, you will need to contact the Builder’s Salesperson ASAP and let them know you want to have Realtor Representation.
Do not give up your right to have a Realtor who is working ONLY for you to help you navigate all the complexities of choosing and buying a new construction home. I will be with you every step of the way to get you to your Move-In day!
