John Lawrence went above and beyond with the purchase of our new home. Since we were out of town he would send video updates and gave progress reports during construction. John is experienced, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend John as he knows this area very well and will assist you every step of the way.
We were so fortunate to have found John Lawrence when we decided to move to Florida. John is a very professional real estate agent who listened to our specific wants and needs. Since we were from out of state, his knowledge about Northeast Florida was most helpful. We were remote buyers; he was very patient as we have looked at multiple properties via Facetime over several months and cautioned us about certain things we wouldn’t necessarily be able to see via a video tour. As our Agent, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood. He was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with John was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal.
