This deep and well protected 100x281' lot was re-modeled in 2003 to now have almost 4000 sq ft and so many custom qualities. From watching the sun rise out the two living spaces upstairs or perhaps enjoying a cup of coffee on the ''Sunrise Coffee Perch'' just a short stroll from the wrap around deck surrounding the home. With 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths, there is more than enough room for family and guests. Did you want to entertain? Do you have different generations? Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths with two separate family rooms. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms and a full bath and another family room. Is storage a concern? Surfboards and SUP your thing? There is a large room to store all that through double doors off the 1st floor back yard. Walk up from the beach, come down the boardwalk and walk them right into the storage room. Do you have dogs? They have their own space. They have a large fenced sandy area and when it's time for them to come in from play, just put them in the custom dog washing tub in the same storage area off the garage and downstairs family area. This home has a gate front off A1A, stucco wall across the front yard, grassy area in front for kids to play and pavered walk ways and entry way. A wrap around deck offers fabulous sitting and tanning solutions for optimal sun and when you're hot, just walk into the outside private shower. * * There is NO ASSESSMENT fee on your taxes as there are for homes south of 2539 S Ponte Vedra Blvd.
